REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Neotrack offers various paid services for job seekers and employers. Payments made for premium visibility, resume promotion, employer recruitment packages, or consulting services are non-refundable once activated. Refunds are not applicable for change of decision, job search results, hiring outcomes, or lack of response from employers/candidates.
Refunds may be permitted only in cases of duplicate payment or technical overcharge. Users must provide payment proof within 7 working days. Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Neotrack. No refund is issued for delayed response, service misunderstanding, or user misconduct.
Neotrack does not guarantee job offers or hiring results. Payment does not influence interview decisions. By purchasing services, you agree to this policy.
